This week, what gets me psyched is a podcast I’ve recently discovered on Spotify called Your Anxiety Toolkit. It’s hosted by therapist Kimberley Quinlan, LMFT. Just a few episodes in, and I’m already a huge fan, with so much of the content devoted to topics I adore, including self-compassion, meditation, and dealing with anxiety. The guests brought onto the podcast (including self-compassion pioneer researcher Dr. Kristin Neff!) are also quite effusive and bring thoughtful new ideas into these areas of psychology.
